• Develop and enhance SAP CRM user interfaces using SAP UI5 and Fiori.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving SAP CRM issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to extend and optimize CRM functionality.
• Conduct enduser training sessions and create comprehensive documentation.
• Stay informed about SAP CRM updates and best practices, implementing improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for SAP CRM processes and solutions.
Great to Have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP CRM implementation and customization.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Service.
• Strong proficiency in SAP UI5, Fiori, and other SAP development tools.
• Experience with SAP CRM integration using middleware technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP CRM certification is a plus.
