Agile RTE Coach / SPC (f/m/div)*

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Coach for Scaling in SAFe and Organization Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of helping organizations implement agile practices and scale using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). As a coach, you will be responsible for guiding agile transformation efforts, creating and implementing strategies, and working with teams to ensure successful adoption of agile methodologies.

Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Facilitate agile transformation efforts at all levels of the organization, from the top management level to individual teams
  • Create and implement strategies for scaling agile practices across the organization using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Coach and be a RTEs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency
  • Coach teams on agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and OKR
  • Help teams identify and implement agile metrics to measure progress and success
  • Provide training and guidance on agile tools and techniques
  • Assist in organization design efforts to align structures and processes with agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for agile transformation efforts
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest agile methodologies and practices
  • Participate in the agile community and share best practices with other coaches and practitioners

Your Profile

As Agile RTE Coach, you are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high-priority. Furthermore, you clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. Lastly, you treat co-workers, employees, and partners with trust and respect.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • The required SAFe certification(s), such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist (SA)
  • At least 6 years of experience in agile with at least 3 years of experience in leading SAFe transformations in large organizations
  • Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and OKR
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with organization design and change management preferred
  • Knowledge of agile tools and techniques, including Jira and Agile Central
