Aufgaben
In this role, with the support of a management team of 5, you will lead your team of 50 passionate ambassadors, to deliver customer loyalty and profit targets through an unsurpassed customer experience.
Reporting to the Centre Principal, you will be a key member of the Porsche Centre West London leadership team and more broadly the Porsche Retail Group management team.
Day to day you will:
- Organise, direct and control activities of the Service staff and administrative support to achieve targets, plans and budgets
- Plan, manage and control the service budget, reviewing on a monthly basis, highlighting areas of concern to the Centre Principal.
- Provide guidance, training and motivation to staff to improve their performance with emphasis on customer follow up, service presentation and product knowledge.
- Take ownership for personal development needs in anticipation of Business requirements
- Be proactive in maintaining person, team and dealership professional standards of presentation, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Develop and present a business plan to the Centre Principal on a quarterly basis considering all aspects of the business for the overall improvement of the department.
- Monitor and review Customer Satisfaction on a monthly basis highlighting areas of improvement and implementing for a consistent improvement for the future.
Anforderungen
You will ideally have 5 years experience in a large retail automotive aftersales environment, representing a premium mark.
You should be able to demonstrate innovative thinking and be able to knowledgably articulate the operational drivers of a sales department. You must also have the capability and credibility to lead and drive sustainable change in this key growth area of our business.
You should possess strong levels of drive, determination and enthusiasm; and you will be a skilled and adaptable communicator at all levels in the business. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of the premium automotive industry.
