• Construction of coacervate microdroplets, o Quantitative biophysical characterisation of coacervate microdroplets, o Bioinformatic analysis of big data, o Establishing methods of sorting and characterising single droplets using RNA sequencing, o Establishing prebiotic reactions within coacervate microdroplets, o Using analytical methods such as Mass spectrometry.
