What you can expect:
You will be responsible for the strategic development of our Sales, Logistics or Supply IT applications and processes, creating sustainable, innovative and scalable solutions for the future
As Lead Developer, you will work directly with your developers on initiatives of our "CLAIM 5" growth strategy and play a key role in the renewal of our ERP systems with SAP S/4HANA
You will be responsible for the lateral management of > 5 developers onsite, nearshore and offshore
You will plan and coordinate (internal and external) IT developers for global implementation and rollout projects
You will have the opportunity to work with your team to take implementations to the next level of quality and apply the principles of Clean Code and TDD in practice
Your profile:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration
At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming (Test Driven Development, Clean Code, Design Patterns)
First lateral management experience, e.g. as technical project manager
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach, with the ability to inspire even in challenging situations through confident demeanour and goal-oriented communication
Very good communication and written skills in English with the ability to communicate your results and concepts to cross-functional team members
