    Drive Data Strategy to improve Marketing Mix Modelling

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Data Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing the data roadmap for marketing mix modeling, acting as a brand liaison for data collection and transformation, and translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. Your strong project management skills and focus on upskilling will position you as a driving force within our organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage the data roadmap for marketing mix modeling, ensuring the availability and accuracy of Marketing Data (media, advocacy, shopper experience etc.) for analysis and reporting.
    • Act as a brand liaison, working closely with various teams to understand data collection and transformation needs, and ensuring data quality and consistency.
    • Lead and manage the data collection for all marketing mix modeling activities, making sure the partners needs are full-filled and compliant with the group norms
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa, ensuring alignment between business objectives and data capabilities.
    • Lead and manage data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource allocation, and successful implementation.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Marketing Data management, and proactively identify opportunities for upskilling and professional development.
    • Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization, advocating for the use of data to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.
    • Liaise with other country Marketing Data Manager to cross-fertilize on best practices regarding all data subjects

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in Marketing Data management, with a focus on marketing mix modeling and data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on continuous learning and upskilling.
    • Outgoing personality with a "rally the crowd" mindset, able to influence decision-making within a matrixed organizational structure.
    • Fluency in English (German is a plus).
    • Comfort in a fast-paced and changing environment.
