Digital Lab Solution projects are typically fast paced and diverse in terms of technology stack. For each project, a dedicated team is established that matches the specific requirements of the project. Digital Lab Solutions staff therefore operates in a highly dynamic environment.
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our Digital Lab Solutions R&D team as a Technical Software Project Manager (m/f/d). Your responsibilities include overseeing multiple Digital Lab solution projects in parallel from start to finish, coordinate optimal reuse of the existing software product portfolio, coordinate with our internal and external cross-functional stakeholders, give presentations on the proposed and developed solutions, and write solution proposals.
Tasks
- Discuss potential Digital Solution projects and their parameters with cross-functional stakeholders, executives, and software developers
- Plan out the blueprints for Digital Lab solutions
- Participate in and supervise each stage of the project
- Ensure each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines
- Determine and oversee consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all solutions in all stages of completion
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management and software development
- Good solid understanding of project metrics
- Technical domain knowledge in either lab informatics, life sciences instruments, or both is a meaningful plus
