Roles & Responsibilities:

• Study and understand the contract requirement, both technically and w.r.t. documentation (Track payment milestones, delivery dates, etc)

• Understand project specific templates and intended requirements

• Prepare final documentation to customer as per contract

• Verify technical content and format every time before passing from one stakeholder to another

• Develop Request for quotation document

• Distribute the documents received to respective disciplines

• Follow up with supplier to expedite the work

• Verify technical content received from suppliers against the specifications

• Arrange for inspection at various stages as per Inspection & Test Plan

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Basic Electrical domain & HVDC knowledge preferred.

• Knowledge of Energy value chain from generation – distribution – consumption.

• Knowledge of other engineering disciplines and their inter-dependencies.

• Good understanding and knowledge of equipment’s like Transformer, Switchgear

• Microsoft Office tools

• PLM tools

• Good Communication skills - Makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens effectively; clarifies information as needed.

• Project management experience

• Ability to handle discussions / communications independently

• Works in a Collaborative environment
