System/Requirement Engineer (m/f/d) #22000E7I
Ensure the consistency of the overall requirements and monitors full horizontal and vertical traceability for the overall product (not only System Requirements)
Drives overall requirements management activities (Stakeholder, Sys, SW, EE, ME, FuSa, Testing)
Defines the requirements life cycle status (RMP) and aligns how attributes will be handled along with FOs, SW, EE, ME and Test requirements
Works as interface to internal teams and external stakeholders and suppliers for requirements exchanges
Create documents collection (DTL)
Manage and track changes respective to documents version
Allocates stakeholder requirements for analysis (starting from DTL Allocation) to the system team and product supporting function
Contributes to and maintains document tracking list, requirements management plan, stakeholder requirements specification, requirements traceability KPI’s on all levels of engineering
Supervises traceability between stakeholder, system and metier requirements (not responsible for creating traceability links)
Coordinates review of the system (element) requirements with other members of the team (e.g. Function Lead, Function Owners FOs, System Architect, System Tester, Sw, HW, etc.)
Create traceability reports and metrics (End to End traceability)
Reports overall (Stakeholder, System, Software, Mechanical, Electrical) requirements metrics
Reacts on SIQ requests related to requirement management and to participate to SIQ meetings
This role is NOT expected to write requirements unless it is combined with another role
Support project design reviews, internal and with suppliers
You inspire us with that:
Degree/MSEE or BSEE in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Technology, Mechatronics or Equivalent
Automotive experience, preferable in advanced driving assistance system (ADAS)
Experienced in requirement management tools applications (i.e. DOORS)
Leading/coaching of employees
Autonomous customer handling
soft skills: leading by example, proactive, flexible, strong in communication, team-minded, mindset of continuous improvement
Very good English skills based on German mother tongue
