About this opportunity
Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) is offering a complete range of innovative high-quality Antenna and Antenna Line Devices as an integral part of Ericsson Radio Systems. We are now looking for a committed Supply Product Manager in Rosenheim, Germany. In this role you ensure an efficient product lifecycle management (PLCM) from a supply perspective, focusing on a defined group of products and/or solutions in a global e2e supply chain. The responsibilities include the NPI process governance.
This position reports to the Head of Supply Product Management EAS and is actively encouraging a close collaboration with partners from Product Management, R&D and related Supply functions in an x-functional international environment.


What you will do

  • Manage the assigned product portfolio from a supply PLCM point of view and work out recommendations for the best supply chain and manufacturing strategy
  • Improve supply e2e process for lead time and cost
  • Ensure NPI/GSPP governance on assigned projects in close cooperation with the NPI project manager at the production sites
  • Actively drive x-functional collaboration within an international organization
  • Run phase out activities on assigned products to secure a transparent and cost-efficient phase out from supply perspective
  • Influence product decisions with supply contribution


You will bring

  • Completed technical and / or business studies, preferably with an emphasis on SCM and manufacturing, or an equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in an international supply chain, procurement and / or production environment
  • Proven project management and/or product management competence with project, process and quality management knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of passive / active Antennas and Antenna Line Devices is advantageous
  • A proactive and analytical approach, with the ability to take ownership, execute effectively and drive sustainable improvements
  • Strong target orientation with a customer centric and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for collaboration and teamwork in a global environment
  • Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
