Software Quality System Engineer (M/F/D)

Your tasks:

• Perform Gap analysis of existing processes across various sister companies and suppliers
• Plan and track process improvement activities across multiple sites in Germany and Japan to close identified gaps
• Develop, implement and track strategies to harmonize interfaces between engineering processes, management processes, and support processes across different departments and companies (incl suppliers)
• Collaborate with other site SQAs in coaching of process responsible to close identified gaps as preventive actions against quality gaps
• Tailoring of existing standard processes to the new formation: focus on SYS.1-5, MAN.3, SUP.8, SUP.9, SUP.10
• Interfacing to OEM Process Responsible / SQA
• Coordination of OEM driven events, e.g. Test Quality Assessment, Joint A-SPICE assessments and / or gap analysis with OEM

Your profile:

• 8 years+ in Quality Assurance / Process Improvement according to Automotive SPICE in international settings
• Several A-SPICE assessments on Tier1 side, including preparation and collaboration with process responsibles upfront
• Preferably competent A-SPICE Assessor
• Supplier monitoring in heterogenous project formations
• Fluent English mandatory
• Fluent German preferred
• Preferably intercultural experience with Japan – Japanese language not required
