We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer, Tech & Product (all genders) to join our Tech and Product Recruitment Squad on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

This team plays an instrumental role in scaling our tech teams. Their long-term goal is to support Delivery Hero's growth through hiring globally and delivering amazing candidate experience. You will be part of a big multicultural team and will hire the workforce for the world's leading local delivery platform.

- Although this role is hybrid, relocation to Berlin is required. If you are located in any other place, we will offer a competitive relocation package and provide organizational support for you!
Your mission:
You are accountable for sourcing for Tech & Product roles across the organization (including Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Data Engineers/Scientists, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, etc.) and manage candidate pipelines from both passive and active sources.
You create and maintain relationships with other recruiters, internal stakeholders and hiring managers to align on an overall talent acquisition strategy.
You closely work with our Employer Branding and Candidate Experience team to attract and maintain candidate pipelines (i.e: initiating campaigns and attending job fairs).
You are consulting both recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing topics.
You are able to use data to support your ideas and process optimization.
Your heroic skills:
5+ years of experience as a talent sourcer and/or researcher in tech and product (required)
Experience in researching the best ways to find and engage technical talents through LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searching (building boolean strings), market mapping and partnering with Employer Branding to leverage different social media channels.
Analytical skills and the ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate them into action with the help of your stakeholders.
Experience in developing innovative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened.
You have the ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time and are excited to solve problems and love to challenge the status quo.
Nice to have:
