Summary
We are looking for a business architect and process expert, who can lead the development of content for business metrics content as related to one or more domains among “Recruit to Retire”, “Finance”, “Sustainability”, “Experience management” to contribute to SAP Signavio Value accelerators.
What you'll do
Create metrics content and definition for your domain, driving the collaboration with related stakeholders, while ensuring its proper modelling, storage, and dissemination via the content toolchain
Identify and engage thought leaders within SAP and across the SAP Ecosystem who can provide relevant guidance and input to this effort
Maintain the business metrics model in alignment with the enterprise architecture methodology
Run enablement sessions on the business metrics model
Contribute to definition of Value accelerator for SAP Signavio Process Explorer
Contribute to thought leadership papers creation and insights derived from data research on your domain area
Support customer sessions to collect feedback and bring it back into the Value accelerator
Provide guidance to develop business metrics authoring environment
Present results publicly, acting as an advocate for BPI’s thought leadership in the space
Collaborate with partners to accelerate and scale content creation
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, accounting, information systems, or related disciplines. MBA is a plus
Profound knowledge of performance management along the entire business process management lifecycle from analysis to design, implementation, and monitoring
Knowledge of SAP solutions related to assigned domain processes
Experience with process modelling application (Signavio is a plus / Power designer)
Familiarity with the SAP Enterprise Architecture Methodology
Familiarity with S/4HANA Best practices
Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
Strong drive to get things done and willingness to get hands-on to support the team
Fluent English
What you bring
Experience in customer-facing business advisory and/or transformation roles in the given domain with a clear track record on performance improvement success.
Experience using Business Process Management methodologies (Knowledge of industry standards like APQC is a plus)
Advanced knowledge of excel.
Practical usage and implementation of any of SAP Signavio suite components
Good knowledge of SAP solutions (SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, ECC, Qualtrics, Ariba etc.)
Experience working in scrum teams
Experience in building impactful presentations
Knowledge of data science methodology is a plus
Result-driven leadership at a global level in matrixed structures across multiple locations
