We are looking for an

(Senior) Innovation Manager (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full-time) located in Berlin with 80% Mobile Office

We are looking for a high-performing Innovation Manager with excellent innovation management, people and agile methodology skills to support our strong growth path in user-centric fintech businesses.

Your key responsibilities:

• You will own and continuously develop our innovation methodology and toolsets with the aim to efficiently deal with innovation projects, challenges and ambitions.
• You will support innovation activities across Riverty in i.e. planning, moderation, coordination, meeting-preparation, documentation and feedback sessions.
• You will take the responsibility for outcome oriented formats and ensure focus within these formats.
• You will contribute to our innovation community and beyond with presentations and keynotes on innovation management, methodologies, tools and inspire with external innovation insights.
• You will proactively encourage a vibrant culture of innovation exchange, identify thoughts and ideas through networking across the organization and support the developmentof initial thoughts into robust ideas and opportunities.
• You will hold training sessions for innovation management across Riverty.
• You will represent Riverty in Bertelsmann-wide innovation meetings and exchanges.
• You will actively exchange, network and stay up to date on the latest and best practices in innovation coaching.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience (min. 5 years) in an innovation consultancy, corporate innovation lab, or as an agile project manager; experience in a fintech environment would be a plus
• An energetic, confident and positive personality with a clear understanding and knowledge about business model innovation; great in building rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels
• Deep understanding of innovation methods, project management and agile methodologies and market trends
• High entrepreneurial drive with strong focus on delivery and achieving goals and hands-on mentality
• Impeccable structure and efficient problem solving ability
• Excellent moderation, presentation and communication skills in English, in German is a big plus
• Being open to travel
