About Global Growth & Innovation:
The Growth and Innovation team is bringing STADA’s growth to the next level, driving execution of our vision and strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, the team aims to enable strategic decision making and at driving high-impact initiatives.
What you can expect:
- Support the firm’s short-, mid-, and long-term corporate strategy
- Lead strategic initiatives to develop STADA’s portfolio and business objectives, in collaboration with R&D, Commercial, and Finance
- Develop presentations for a range of audiences, including senior executives and board members, with attention to detail, the ability to highlight the most important business topics, and a focus on actionable recommendations
- Cooperate directly with the Executive Committee and Senior Management team and profit from individual mentoring and professional development
- Create and maintain internal cross-departmental relationships and build external networks that will accelerate your career
- Drive innovation with strategic thinking as well as creativity and challenge the status quo
Who we are looking for:
- 6-12 years of experience, preferably in a top tier Consulting company in progressively senior assignments with project management responsibility; preferably in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry
- University degree in natural sciences, economics, or international business; MBA is a plus
- Project leadership experience in a global environment, being able to navigate easily between strategic and operational “sleeves up” work
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization on both a verbal & written basis, with emphasis on providing senior management with information required to support business growth, improve profitability, and identify new opportunities
- An enterprising spirit, high motivation, good work ethic, with a “get things done” mentality
- Some experience in financial due diligence is a plus
- Dedication to our values and growth mindset
- Excellent command of English, German is a plus
- Flexibility to travel frequently
