We are searching for a senior all-around, versatile digital marketer with a good grasp of multiple functions to join our high-caliber International Performance Marketing team.
Join our team immediately in full- or part-time at one of our locations (Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt) or remotely throughout Germany as Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Oversee paid marketing initiatives with an international scope
- Enhance collaboration between cross-functional teams (Affiliate/cooperations, paid acquisition, experimentation)
- Coordinate agile marketing implementation for Performance Marketing > Conversion Rate Optimization activities
- Align with stakeholders on marketing project requirements, timing and budgets
- Support our Business Units in rolling out and scaling marketing measures, with the ultimate objective of student acquisition
- Test new acquisition tactics > initiatives that may also span outside the paid marketing realm (e.g. Inbound Marketing)
- Plan and test new KPI-driven initiatives to further develop our customer journey, including subsequent optimization and subsequent handover to operational teams
- Perform analyses to demonstrate the success and business value of our digital marketing efforts
- Observe trends and developments in digital marketing and higher education space. Share with our broader team of specialists
- Take on additional tasks in the project and technology area with a marketing focus (e.g. personalization)
Your profile
- You are a versatile digital marketing pro with a good understanding of multiple functions
- University degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in performance > digital marketing and good grasp of marketing tools
- Solid understanding of the concepts of CRO and A/B testing
- Experience in managing marketing projects
- Familiar with growth via affiliate and cooperations marketing
- Proficient analyst, capable of drawing actionable insights and translating them into business impact
- You like to test innovative ideas and marketing approaches
- You excel in international environments, with a thorough understanding of diverse markets
- Positive thinker and solutions oriented
- Native or fully proficient (C2) in English
