We are a growing team, leading Mobimeo towards Agile excellence to increase our impact in changing the way people move. In this role, you will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams that own the product vision and are responsible for all product development activities.
In terms of our organizational structure, your colleagues will be Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches and Delivery Managers who are responsible for getting our products shipped to the market, fostering a healthy delivery culture. The Agile Delivery division is an integral part of our Engineering department, directly reporting to the CTO.

Create an environment where teams and team members can maximize their potential, shaping better tech & business integration to increase impact
Promote mindsets and attitudes in which agile values and principles are anchored
Empower self-organization and lean thinking within the entire delivery lifecycle, enabling teams to continuously improve and refine their agile practices
Coach leaders and teams to identify potentials with their roles and within the agile organization
Deliver hands-on coaching for developing teams in all aspects of self-organization – daily meetings, planning, collaboration, iterative development, tooling etc.
Facilitate agile ceremonies - not by default but a on a demand basis to empower teams
Assist to actively identify and remove impediments that slow delivery
Mediate teams though conflicts and help with making decisions
Help us define the future of Agile Coaching in our organization
Your Profile
Experience working as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master using agile methodologies (especially Scrum and Kanban)
An agile, customer-oriented mindset and the ability to convey the agile attitude
Strong communication and facilitation skills
High level of empathy and ability to help our cross-functional teams to deal with situations of conflict or uncertainty
The competence and willingness to take on different roles as required, e.g. coach, trainer, mediator or facilitator
High confidence in recognizing and reacting to different team dynamics
Experience with a scaled development of digital products with several teams
Good technical understanding of the software development process (coding, testing, delivery, monitoring)
