As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of agile methodologies across our teams, with a focus on Scrum. You will serve as a coach, facilitator, and servant leader, helping our team members become more self-organized and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating agile practices and keeping them alive
- Creating a culture of high performance, trust/safety, feedback, and purpose
- Coaching in self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement
- Helping to organize towards delivery of qualitative increments and a shippable product
- Ensuring continuous improvements in way of working
- Supporting inter-team collaboration and organization
Qualifications
- Good coaching and facilitation skills
- Ability to navigate in a complex multicultural environment
- Fluent in English and intermediate German skills
- Good communications skills
- Scrum Master certification preferred
