For our Utrecht location, we are currently looking for a Sales Admin Assistant who will be supporting our Sales department as well as Legal and Customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g. proposals, contracts, invoices).
- Creates and maintains computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, and documents, using the Pega CRM system.
- Calculation of discount structure and obtain approval in accordance with company guidelines.
- Prepares license agreements and service contracts in consultation with US headquarter
- Develops special agreements to specifications of Sales department and adhering to the applicable regulations.
- Monitoring translation of contracts (Dutch into English and English into Dutch)
- Creates sales statistics.
- Administrative support for the sales team, assisting with bid offerings.
- Organises and monitors shipment of documents.
- Provides assistance to sales activities and maintains customer contacts.
- Provides assistance to the Sales managers with ad hoc requests and special projects as required.
- Monitors cash collection on accounts payable with Finance department and Sales
- Prospecting on potential partners and end-users.
- Lead conversion from digital to real appointments
- Prospects together with Dutch SE’s on APP opportunities
- Prospecting in general on potential partners and end-users.
- Active call program to address “business owners”.
- Connection for 1st contact.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mid-senior experience in similar role
- Detail-focused and ready to meet challenging deadlines
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Fluent in English and Dutch
