Duties and responsibilities
- Systematic documentation of the product requirements of all stakeholders
- Translation of the stakeholder requirements into system requirements (black box) within aligned system architectures
- Integration of requirements from the system security assessment / risk management
- Deriving detailed requirements from applicable technical standards and norms
- Linking system requirements to technical designs
- Creation of traceability reports for the systematic proof of the implementation and verification of the required product properties
- Maintenance of documentation sets in terms of configuration management
- Active role in design reviews, change controls and other processes at the interface to quality management
- Ensuring/compliance with internal process standards
- Active participation in our continuous process improvement
Professional competencies
- Successfully completed engineering degree or comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of requirements management
- Good holistic understanding of PLM processes and methods
- Experience with PLM/ALM tools (Polarion, Doors or similar)
- Broad technical understanding in the domains of mechanics, electronics, software and networking
- Basic knowledge of agile methods and systems engineering
- Basic knowledge of regulatory standards and norms for active medical devices
- Basic knowledge of project management and the associated methods
