In a nutshell

We're looking for a fulltime Recruitment Marketing Specialist to supercharge our recruitment efforts, to maintain a pool of 10,000+ employees. With the primary focus on shaping and building an iconic employer brand for our operational workforce. A truly essential part of Picnic’s growth in the Netherlands, Germany and France.

What you’ll do

• Build an iconic employer brand to attract new applicants in the NL, DE & FR labour market
• Responsible for concepting, planning and execution of recruitment marketing content, both online and offline, for operational roles (last-mile delivery, order pickers, Customer Success agents and Recruiters)
• Work closely with our inhouse copywriters, designers, and video production specialists as well as agencies to design effective campaigns
• Understand the drivers and pull factors of new employees and work closely with the performance marketing team to maximise advertising campaigns
• Take ownership of the Picnic recruitment websites so our message matches that of our target audience and our application process is flawless
• Together with our developers, communication coordinators, analysts and operation leads you will make sure that all strategies are properly implemented

⭐ About you

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in fields such as (but not restricted to), recruitment, marketing, employer branding
• You have a growth mindset: test, learn and improve, every day!
• You are eager to understand the current job market, our target audience and the company's needs
• Your sharp business sense and conceptual thinking abilities mean you can look beyond the obvious to come up with fresh and innovative ideas
• You are fluent in both verbal and written English and preferably Dutch
