Your roleIn this position you are the key point of contact for Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) of Miltenyi’s Clinical Production department
- You build and maintain strategic relationships within the CMO organizations as well as key internal stakeholders, developing a partnership approach
- Coordinating all aspects of the external manufacturing operations to ensure that Miltenyi’s outsourced production needs are met with regard to production timing, cost, and product quality
- You will manage various clinical production projects for external manufacturing and applying sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues with suppliers
- You handle emerging occurring technology issues (technology transfer documentation, investigations, process adaptations etc.) and quality issues (deviation management, product release, change control) within the required timelines
- You have a degree in science, engineering or a comparable relevant qualification
- You are experienced in a manufacturing environment which familiarized you with the documentation requirements of GMP-regulated production
- You have project management skills and ideally experience in leading complex projects
- Experience in quality and compliance in a commercial GMP environment is an advantage
- You have strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, project management and influencing skills
- You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
