Project Finance And Commercial Manager Airborne Solutions (F/M/D)

HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH For the "F&C Airborne Solutions" department at the Immenstaad location, we are looking for a "Project Finance and Commercial Manager Airborne Solutions (f/m/d)" as soon as possible.
The Project Finance and Commercial Manager is responsible for the implementation of all business and commercial tasks within the program/project, including the performance of management and control tasks for the realization of the program-specific business goals.

• Comprehensive commercial support for complex projects and sub-projects in Germany and abroad
• Business and commercial contact for program managers, project managers, product and bid managers
• Development and control of the operational and strategic planning process as well as the operational goals (order intake, sales, margin, cash) in cooperation with the program and stakeholders
• Assess the commercial part of bid/no bid decisions
• Responsible for the preparation of offer calculations (incl. target costing, target pricing) and the preparation of the commercial part of the offer as well as independently conducting contract negotiations
• Management of commercial project management with a focus on cost optimization, reporting, cash, claim/waiver, asset, opportunity and risk management in the area of strategic future projects and solutions
• Participation in consortium negotiations and workshare agreements with contractual partners, company-wide internal F&C coordination
• Responsible for project and program controlling, including CtC/EAC analyses, target/actual comparisons and early anticipation of deviations/problems, development of proposals and initiation of corrective measures to ensure planned results and cash flow
• Ensuring the correct accounting of all program/project entries with regard to HGB, IAS, IFRS15 and national price auditing and auditing issues
• Participation in product planning and self-financed projects

• Completed degree in business administration, MBA or comparable
• Extensive experience in finance and commercial
• Experience in bid management, claim and waiver management as well as in the commercial handling of projects, including contract negotiations
• Knowledge of public price law desirable
• Good knowledge of SAP (SD/PS) and practiced in dealing with MS Office
• Analytical, flexible, proactive and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong ability to work in a team, customer orientation and assertiveness
• Business fluent German and English skills, further foreign language skills are an advantage
