Job Overview
- Marketing Sensing & Strategy Development: Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape. Collaborate with global teams to develop market and product strategies. Manage product lifecycle.
- Develop Business Plan: Work cross-functionally to achieve sales, technology, and operational goals. Implement pricing policies and assist in the development of the annual operating plan.
- Execution - New Product Development & Launch: Create and launch new projects for platform products. Provide product information and samples to customers and sales teams. Gather product specifications for marketing promotions. Promote new products with the sales team.
- Execution - Post Launch Product Management: Analyze pricing, costs, and margins. Develop sales forecasts and check product capacity plans. Provide product information to various stakeholders. Respond to requests for proposals and samples. Analyze excess and obsolete inventory.
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in technical, Engineering or related field
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Project Management/Product Management Background are preferred
- At least 8 -10 years of working experience in application engineering, project manager or engineering. Relevant product or industry experience desire
- Operational experience with electronics manufacturing / manufacturing engineering preferable
- Demonstrated excellent communicator (verbal, written, spoken) with exceptional listening skills
- Good command of English.
- Flexibility in working days and regional travel are required.
