AdresseWe are currently seeking a Product Management Specialist (m/f/d) Operator Environment to join our team in either Marktoberdorf (Germany), Suolahti (Finland) or Beauvais (France). The product management specialist for operator environment will work within the AGCO Precision Ag & Digital product management team. The person will support guiding the development of new features within the operator environment (e.g. armrest and terminal interfaces) on all AGCO machines.

- Identify customer needs related to operator environment
- Understand / monitor competitive market environment
- Define and specify new features together with the product management and engineering teams resulting in implementation of the product strategy
- Manage & prioritize product backlogs
- Go-to-person for stakeholders answering questions regarding operator environment
- Support release of new features across regions and brands
What you will bring
- Bachelor degree / master degree with a background in agriculture or user interface / industrial design
- Good understanding of user interface requirements in modern agricultural practices
- Fluent in English, additional language preferred

- Knowledge in image processing software, e.g. photoshop preferably
- Experience with precision farming solutions
- International experience, e.g. internship or work experience abroad
- Understanding of SAFE Agile or other agile methodology
