Power Query Expert (W/M/D)

For our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Power Query Expert (f/m/d) for project support.

Aufgaben

• Support of the HRConnect teams with existing automations which includes creating documentation, providing hands-on guidance/training, monitoring/tracking, and troubleshooting
• Support process assessment/design, identifying automation opportunities with the Continuous Improvement partners by doing deep dives into processes to fully understand the business needs and opportunities
• Evaluating and designing automation solutions collaborating with partners during design, implementation, testing and hyper care, including coordination with the HRConnect teams
• Implement data-based automations with Excel Power Query following defined standards & practices
• Support to evolve the existing framework by identifying opportunities and new technical capabilities
• Implement automations in other tools as necessary
• Create operational metrics on a regular basis and communicate to stakeholders

Qualifikationen

• Strong skillset in Excel and Power Query including Power Query M (must have)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process skills
• Strong stakeholder management experience at all levels
• Background in RPA/BluePrism (nice to have)
• Experience in HR systems, payroll and related data management (nice to have)
