MISSION:
As a Marketing operations manager (f/m/d)* you will enable the marketing team to run smoothly (without running into roadblocks all the time) and scale successfully by providing strong operational foundations all team members can rely on.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Marketing technology
Own and manage MarTech stack incl. CMS (website), email tool, webinar tool, marketing automation tool, Google Analytics.
Define and implement lead scoring.
Marketing data and reporting
Define, monitor and track KPIs (e.g. by source: inbound, or by stage: MQL, SQL,...) in alignment with Sales and Partnerships.
Set up marketing tracking.
Build reporting to track performance across channels and tools.
Set up marketing attribution to calculate ROI.
Processes and documentation
Introduce and document processes.
Monitor the costs of all marketing activities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Experience with marketing automation tool (ideally HubSpot).
Experience in implementing marketing attribution and reporting.
2+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS company.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent written and oral English skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with set up of lead scoring system.
Experience in implementing funnel reporting in alignment with Sales.
Proficient skills in using Asana (or similar project management tool) for team orchestration.
