For our Client Services Team Hamburg, we are looking for a Manager Customer Service Operations , start date 1st of December 2022, as a parental leave replacement until 31st January 2024.

Aufgaben

  • You will oversee, collect, and produce KPI data (P+Ls, stocks, FTEs, volumes, and lead times) for all Service Centers worldwide
  • You are in responsibility of overseeing the Last Estimate process and budget planning for all Service Centers globally
  • You are creating the annual price-list files, calculation of service flat rates for all markets, and maintenance of these rates in SAP systems
  • You are the link to relevant stakeholder and are responsible for the communication and alignment with them
  • You will support with SAP migration activities and testing, and administration of text pertaining to customer service
  • You are assisting with further client service-related projects
Profil

  • You have completed your Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Economics or a related discipline
  • Previously you could gain hands-on experience with SAP R/3, reporting tools (BI) and MS Office tools, notably Excel
  • You are fluent in English; German proficiency is a major plus
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset characterizes you
  • Quick comprehension as well as a structured and result-focused working style are some of your strengths
  • You have strong communication skills in an international environment
  • You are a team player with a flexible working style
