The Trianon palace is recruiting a Maître d'hôtel to join the formidable banquet team.
- Position to be filled as soon as possible on a permanent basis
- 2 consecutive days of rest – no break
- Salary to be defined according to profile
Your missions
- Animation of the pre-service briefing and handing over of instructions,
- Ensure the smooth running of the service and participate in all operations from customer reception to invoicing,
- Facilitate and regulate working relationships between room staff and between the room and the kitchen,
- Ensure customer satisfaction,
- Welcome, train, coordinate, lead and organize the work of the team,
- Analyze situations consistent and non-compliant with the quality of the service,
- Respect hygiene (HACCP standards) and safety procedures.
Required profile
- You have identical experience of at least 1 year
- Sense of relationships and team spirit,
- Sense of contact and service,
- Sense of detail and quality,
- Ability to listen and dialogue,
- Strong organizational and precision skills,
- Mastery of French and English,
- Authorization to work in France required
