Your Role- This role will offer you the exciting opportunity to gain insight into the fascinating world of translational and clinical research around the versatile CliniMACS System. Your role will take responsibility of managing the extensive CliniMACS Reagents portfolio. You will launch new products and analyze new market segments to expand the customer base.
- You will work closely with RA and QA departments at Headquarters and in local offices to ensure a smooth access to our complete CliniMACS Reagents portfolio for all customers worldwide within various regulatory environments.
- You will manage and implement processes and changes that are required for the CliniMACS Reagents portfolio based on regulatory requests or strategic business goals.
- Together with Production, Demand & Supply Planning, you will define production priorities and carefully monitor and manage forecasts and demands.
- You will work closely with other company divisions, including R&D, Clinical Research / Biomedicine, Communications and Sales. You will be a close and trusted partner to key stakeholders.
Your Profile- You have a degree in life sciences, preferable with a background in immunology and/or tumor biology.
- You preferably have sales or marketing experience in a life sciences company and can point to a successful track record for complex and regulated product portfolios. A plus would be experience in GMP and GCP environments.
- You can work independently and thrive in the daily challenges of product management.
- You have an excellent eye for detail; you value precision and your work is process-oriented; persuasiveness and a clear focus on targets define how you work. Working in interdisciplinary and international teams and communicating openly with people are things you enjoy.
- You speak English fluently and enjoy working with an international team to flesh out ideas; the willingness to travel occasionally completes your profile.
