The Role
You will provide consultation to our clients regarding offshore wind farm in early phase and operation phase. Being a DWT member, you will get support from our in-house experts and help clients deliver safe, functional, and best-performed wind farm for the decades to come. As a Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for communicating with our clients and supporting your project team members.
Possible Location: Bremen, Hamburg, Flensburg
Your duties and responsibilities
- Facilitate O&M strategy for Offshore wind farm, incl. early phase and operation phase
- Evaluate operational costs, logistics plan incl. installation vessels, O&M vessel, ports, harbours, etc.
- Prepare O&M organization and arrange work packages together with internal stakeholders
- Communicate with clients before, during and after tender and execution
- Support managing interfaces and developing strategies for O&M procurement and operator model scenarios
- Identify and propose solutions for potential O&M risks
- Support in writing O&M report, documentation when necessary
Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements
- Completed technical or business degree, preferably in the field of business engineering, renewable energy technology
- Enthusiastic or having first experience in the field of wind energy
- First experience in project planning, project management
- Your working method is independent, structured, and accurate
- Strong writing and presenting skills in English, speaking other European/ Asian language is a plus
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel when necessary
