Junior Manager Fpa & Controlling (M/F/D)

As a Junior Manager FPA & Controlling (m/f/d) you will get a broad overview over all key financial processes at Westwing and will have the possibility to drive them further. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Executive Team – thus, you are actively involved in many strategic and operations topics as well as in important decisions on Group and entity level. This position is unlimited.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• be responsible for creating group financial reports to internal and external shareholders
• derive business recommendation based on analysis of regular financial results; conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives where needed
• conduct internal and external benchmarks (across countries and with peers)
• design, implement and improve reporting, forecasting and planning activities
• collaborate across teams, functions and countries and act as interface with relevant stakeholders with respect to financial controlling topics
• prepare key internal and external meetings for the CFO (e.g. review of group business results, country business reviews, board meetings, external investor meeting)
• question existing processes and continuously drive the development of new strategic controlling areas

• a degree in economics, business administration or similar; ideally with a major in Finance/Controlling and outstanding academic credentials
• multiple years of experience (2-3 years) in Finance/Cost controlling/Accounting, ideally in a Tech/Start-up environment
• excellent knowledge of MS Office; especially Excel; SQL and Tableau are a plus
• very good knowledge of ERP- and reporting systems; ideally Navision, Business Central and LucaNet
• very strong analytics, yet “hands-on” attitude with a focus on fast and flawless execution
• a structured, independent, and goal-oriented work style
• excellent teamwork and communication skills and passion about making an impact and working in a multicultural team
• fluency in English
