Your Role
- Handle day-to-day requests concerning the Colors portfolio from internal and external customers in cooperation with Sales, Purchasing, Raw Material Management, Regulatory, Product Safety, Production, Quality Control, and other relevant departments within Symrise
- Support of technical projects, prepare and give technical trainings to the sales teams and customer workshops
- Strategy development for decorative cosmetics and home care applications
- Develop relevant product information documents in agreement with the BU Head
- Monitoring competition and customer activities
About You
- Technical or commercial background (e.g. as bachelor or comparable education)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with cosmetic ingredients – preferably with colorants in cosmetic applications and/or food
- Experience in business and product development (from a technical or sales perspective)
- Show high commercial orientation and awareness of costs
- Take ownership of solving problems
- Attitude to communicate and work in multi-cultural teams in an international environment
- Basic knowledge of the regulatory environment of cosmetic products
- Good presentation skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and German
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, SAP)
