Junior Exchange Operation Manager(F/M/D)

Tasks

• Drafting and implementing new industry initiatives - e.g. ads.txt, GDPR
• Assisting the Account Management and Business Development teams to support the delivery of high standard services to our AdTech partners
• Defining and improving processes and tools for screening ads
• Monitoring and reviewing the quality of the ads served on Verve's exchange
• Providing troubleshooting support for issues related to advertisers’ and publishers’ service quality
• Onboarding new publishers on Verve Group's ad-platform
• Working with different platforms, dashboards, and 3rd party tools

Requirements

• 0- 2 years of experience in Marketing, Account Management, or similar roles.
• AdTech Industry experience is not required, but a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Excel skills are a must, SQL a plus
• Collaborative teamwork and communication skills are essential
• Problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality are appreciated
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
