BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a PM to be involved in an integration project for an important client in the insurance field in Munich.
IT Project Manager - Insurance:
Main Activities:
Plan, monitor and manage project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned – scope, budget, and schedule – manages variances and issues;
Manage and coordinate stakeholders and build a project communication structure both on internal provider and customer side;
Ensure on time, on budget and high-quality project deliverables and high customer satisfaction;
Managing and leading the project team;
Control, monitor, implement project documentation;
Establishing procedures within a project: risk management, issue management, change management, communication management;
Management of complex projects and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree’s (background in Accounting/ Financial/ Banking field is highly appreciated);
Between 10 and 15 years of experience as PM in large IT Projects, ideally in the insurance/ banking sector;
Optimal relational, communication, team management and coordination skills;
Management skills and ability to work under pressure;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is mandatory;
Fluent in English, Italian and German will be considered as a plus;
