Inventory Management Intern (F/M/X)

VIVERE was founded in 2018 with the vision to disrupt the consumer goods industry. We are a data-driven incubation platform for next-generation consumer products and brands. We have launched over 10 brands and 250 products in 16 markets across several categories, including lifestyle, beauty, wellness, pet, and garden care. VIVERE operates a vertically integrated setup with in-house marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain, and digital sales functions. We sell through Amazon, our own e-commerce, and 3rd-party retailers. VIVERE also serves as an end-to-end incubator for well-known artists and influencers who want to build their own brands.

For our fast-growing team of more than 100 international consumer talents, we are looking for an Inventory Management Intern (f/m/x).

Tasks

• Handling and booking of inbound goods by allocating locations and updating stock levels
• Keeping track of material flows and issuing them based on production requirements
• Perform regular stocktakes and report discrepancies in comparison with the ERP Database.
• Creation of pallet IDs for storing products at external locations and making recall lists for weekly recalls
• Perform various analyses on stock levels, spending, and inventory turnover for material stored at external warehouse locations.
• Revision of SOPs for material handling and improvising on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Currently studying in the field of Economics/Supply Chain Management or a comparable degree program.
• A pragmatic individual with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, and a basic understanding of databases.
• Fluent in English and preferably German.
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Great at multitasking, attention to detail, and task prioritization.
• You are a European citizen or are studying in Germany.

Duration of Mandatory Internship: 6 months

Please notice that the internship has to be a mandatory part of your university (must be proven by your university or study schedule).
