Intern Executive Assistant In Operations Strategy

Your mission

We are looking for motivated interns to become part of our global team and support our work in the following focus areas: Sales, Fundraising and Operations Strategy. As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will be the right hand of the management team!

• You support the management regarding different strategic topics, especially the areas: Sales, Fundraising and Operations
• You look for suitable sample projects for platform presentations
• Through research, you identify contact persons and decision makers at potential customers and support the cold acquisition of new customers
• Preparing customer workshops, analyzing workshop data and creating pitch decks
• Maintenance of your own sales pipeline
• Creation, structuring and elaboration of user guides and other business-relevant documents.

• You have fire, assertiveness and the desire to make a difference
• You bring openness, flexibility and team spirit with you
• Self-confidence, communication, a high level of commitment and solution-oriented thinking are also among your strengths.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently, systematically and on your own responsibility
• You have a certain affinity for tech topics
• You can communicate fluently in written and spoken German and English.
