Our Human Resources team is looking for an HR Officer (part-time) who enjoys dealing with a variety administrative task.
If you are passionate to support an organisation whose mission is to prevent further climate change and to protect the environment, this might be the right job for you.
Your tasks
- Support the staff in our offices worldwide in HR-related issues, English therefore is a must
- Create contracts and certificates as part of the personnel administration
- Coordinate our recruitment processes and work together with the respective departments
- Support HR projects in close cooperation with the Head of People Management and the executive board
Your profile
Ideally, you have the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree and/or
- Qualification in human resources management
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a comparable position
- Basic understanding of German labour law
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in German & English
- Discretion, empathy and openness
- An accurate, structured, independent and reliable way of working
- Experience working in a dynamic international environment
