We, the HR department, take care of HR topics and issues for the entire DACH region.
As a Human Resources Associate (m/f/d), you are responsible for diverse tasks of the departments: commission, training, occupational safety, CSR, health management and well-being. You have budget responsibility, prepare accident reports and support the pension scheme. You also maintain the HR intranet and personnel files.
What you will do:
Commission:
- Responsible for the entire commission creation and settlement process for the DACH region
- Initiation and implementation of escalations and follow-up of targets
- Organisation of commission meetings
- Managing the CRM tool and the target achievement matrix
- Acting as contact person for works council, managers, and employees
- Adapting and complying with the regulations of the valid works agreement
Training:
- Responsible for all operational tasks related to local and European training activities
- Administration of the internal learning platform
- Organisation and implementation of all training measures
- Contact person for the training committee of the works council and preparation of statistics as well as evaluations for the committee
- Preparation and monitoring of the local budget for trainings
Occupational safety:
- Preparation of risk assessments in cooperation with external service providers
- Implementation and fulfilment of legal requirements of occupational safety and occupational medicine
- Preparation of all required notifications
- Evaluation of offers and organisation of (compulsory) examinations
Health management and well-being:
- Planning and implementing activities and initiatives that promote health and well-being
- Researching and evaluating health-promoting activities.
- Preparing the local budget and tracking expenditure and budget compliance
- Implementation of HR projects
Additional tasks:
- Responsible for the implementation of the onboarding process of new employees
- Substitution of the colleague for the payroll
- Supervision of the time recording system and preparation of reports
- Creation of POs and posting of MIGOs as well as certificates
What we ask for:
- Administrative based experience (Apprenticeship)
- Sufficient professional experience as well as practical knowledge in the HR environment
- Knowledge in payroll accounting
- Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP desirable
- High affinity to numbers
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of the necessary laws for the above-mentioned field of work
