YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
At VERBIO Group, we focus on growth and aim to bring our green agenda into global markets. For this reason, we need YOU as HR Business Partner for one of our production facilities in Germany. Because of our new strategic direction, we as HR want to participate actively in the management of this change and are looking for someone who understands the workings of an industrial production facility and who at the same time is a creative force who questions the status quo and understands HR as a service. In addition to the original function as a Business Partner, including the operational and strategic support of the management, you will be part of a team that works on global projects to find mutual synergies in the area of global HR and to implement processes both new and already established. You will be supported by a central HR Services team, which backs you up in the day-to-day business. – We as HR consider ourselves discoverers of solutions and provider of options for their realization. – This is your mind set as well? YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have successfully completed a university degree in Business Management with focus on HR Management, Business Psychology or Business Education
- You already have working experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a production environment, ideally in a chemistry- or energy adjacent company
- You are able to actively listen to employees and managers and to offer and implement realistic solutions
- You are secure in communicating with all levels of hierarchy and you consider yourself coach and sparring partner for the leadership team
- You are a team player who represents their opinion and at the same time looks to find the best possible compromise
- You are fluent in German and ideally have very good English language skills
- You are happy to travel to our other locations in Germany
