HOST/HOSTESS
OUR OFFER:
- Transparent & competitive monthly salary based on the Bavarian collective agreement plus weekly tips
- Full time role
- 2 consecutive days off per week
- 25 days of holiday per year (Christmas period OFF: 24th, 25th, 26th December)
- Permanent contract
- Transparent and fair pay: a fixed monthly salary plus tips based on the Bavarian collective agreement
- A permanent employment contract with 38 hours per week, over hours are being paid monthly

YOUR MISSION:
- Be the ambassador of Big squadra by Big Mamma values.
- you are the master of first impressions, greet our guests with your energy and smile
- Organize reservations and get all guests to the right table, always keeping an eye on the entire restaurant and team, because for you - the show must go on!
YOUR SKILLS::
- Being a leader who knows how to work in a team and dares rhythm and organization
- Your boundless passion for cooking, tradition and challenge to organize work on large volumes and large brigades
- A desire to learn and grow
- You speak German and/or English, Italian is a plus
