Duties and responsibilities
- Strategic optimization and development of the business unit within the framework of the next strategy period
- Lead a team supporting the development and operation of interdisciplinary ambulatory medical care centers in close coordination with country organizations
- Develop and execute a global patient care strategy based on a deep understanding of country structures, specific customer segments and how these segments operate (therapies, patient pathways, reimbursement policies, government regulations, etc.)
- Provide leadership and goal setting for the Patient Care & Patient Services team and plan for expansion, including detailed activities and budgets
- Define a comprehensive B. Braun therapy and service offering for relevant countries in close coordination with Regional Sales Management and country organizations
- Establish and further develop own business units for home-based patient care in line with B. Braun Group strategy
- Responsible for the value proposition and corresponding business models (incl. partnership & cooperation models, such as public-private partnerships) as well as for the entire patient care offering in ambulatory medical care centers
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining close collaboration with relevant payer structures in close cooperation with the B. Braun country organization
- Develop a global framework for local go-to-market & integration strategies in collaboration with Regional Sales Management and B. Braun country organizations
- Responsible for operational management to ensure company financial results and high quality patient outcomes
- Change agent driving the transformation to a more patient and care focused organization
Professional competencies
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, medicine/nursing or legal/business law, alternatively comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in relevant areas incl. demonstrable management responsibility
- Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
- Very good MS Office skills
