Head Of Regional Controlling (F/M/D) Europe

Job Description

• 
  As Head of Regional Controlling (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the full range of analytical controlling topics for a defined portfolio of countries and/or units and take on the disciplinary management of the members of the regional controlling team.
• You will also coordinate tasks and responsibilities and define the portfolio for the members of the regional controlling team.
• Ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of Group standards, procedures and processes is also part of your responsibilities.
• You analyze ACT/BDG/PY development and forecasts and support in the budget process for internal customers.
• You will provide transparency on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, including analytical insights across business units.
• You will also support Operations, Regions and Service functions with data, analysis and corrective action proposals.
• You will be the contact person in the aforementioned portfolio in terms of business plan preparation and review expertise.

Experience & Further Qualifications

• 
  Completed business studies with a focus on controlling/finance or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally experience in a corporate group
• At least 3 years of experience working in/with international teams
• High affinity for numbers coupled with very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Team player with a confident appearance, intercultural competence and very good communication skills as well as assertiveness
• Business fluent English (C1)
