About the role and your impact

• Sales and Customer Success - You'll be working closely with the founders and Chief of Staff to support on-boarding and making our users fall in love with Passionfroot as much as possible
• Business Development and Partnerships - You'll be supporting the COO and Chief of Staff to grow the partnerships network, partnership resources
• Creator Economy trends analysis - You'd monitor trends, see what's working for other creators and companies, and figure out how we can elevate our game
  
• Social Media Support - You'll help write and create high-quality social media content for our Blog and Twitter and other platforms as needed by the team. This may include research for threads, repurposing podcasts for other platforms, and writing tweets.
• You'll grow with the company - we'll invest in you.

About you and what you will bring

• You care about creators and want to build something meaningful, as the tools we create will empower the next generation of entrepreneurs.
• You have a bit of relevant work experience in a high-pace environment like start-up, scale-up, venture capital, or strategy consulting
• You are familiar with Google workspace, Excel, and optionally Figma
• You're a great communicator and collaborator. You're comfortable discussing your work to various stakeholders. You're open to receiving feedback and comfortable with regularly providing yours, too.
• You have a growth mindset and want to get your hands dirty.
• You are willing to invest into your personal learning and career development and are available full time for at least 1 year
• You are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
