- Leading an international team in charge of the WTG Product Structure definition and configuration
- Leading and managing an international team of Engineers / Experts
- Maintain and develop the Product Structure and product configuration with the experts and the global engineering team
- Align and implement the requirements from different stakeholders into latest concept of bill of materials and configuration
- Configure and release bill of materials for customer projects
- Reporting of bill of material status to various stakeholders
- Continuous process improvement and automatization in alignment with affected stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- Complementary Training: Processes control in PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill), Microsoft Office, MS Project, SAP
- Experience in managing international teams or projects
- Experience in PLM and ERP systems is a must
- High level of quality assertiveness and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or German will be a plus
