Global Finance Project and Systems Manager (w/m/d)

Do you have passion for systems, consider yourself a team player and a person who communicates well across multiple teams? Do you have the experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong background in accounting and finance or financial reporting ready to put it in use to drive change? Then we are looking for you to join our Corporate FP&A Department.
What can you expect:
- You will lead cross-functional projects and initiatives linked to digitization and process optimization (i.e. E2E planning cycles, SAC planning, Portfolio management and business case evaluation tools)
- You will use your financial experience to drive optimizations on reporting tools and dashboards in Snowflake / BW / SAC / Power BI / Tableau environments driving standardization and efficiency
- You support the maintenance and enhancement of financial systems, ensuring data integrity and system reliability, while continually assessing opportunities to optimize efficiencies, including updates and changes to business rules and master data
- Support STADA's monthly consolidated financial statements and performance review (based on management reports)
- Keep documentation on implemented initiatives up to date and create trainings in e-learning applications for all our finance colleagues around the globe
Who we are looking for:
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent working experience
- You have several years of professional experience in a corporate FP&A department of an international corporation
- You have a strong business partnering mentality and you find the balance to support but also challenge your business partners
- You bring excellent analytical as well as organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments
- You have experience with Power BI / Tableau / SAP (FI, COPA, ECC, BPC) / SAC / BW / Alteryx
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Experience in private equity environment is an advantage
- You are fluent in English, German would be an advantage
