Reports to: Senior HR Manager
Department: HR team
Location: Berlin, Germany (remote option for internships is also possible)
Duration: Voluntary internships 3 months, Compulsory internships up to 6 months, BFD 6-18 months
Responsibilities
Helping with the creation of job descriptions based on the current hiring needs.
Posting job advertisements on various job boards and maintaining employment websites.
Assisting the Senior HR Managers in screening applications, scheduling interviews, preparing the interview documents and participating in the interviews within our international recruiting.
Ensuring that our communication with candidates is timely, professional and inclusive.
Coordinating and communicating with hiring managers from a variety of teams and departments.
Researching the best ways of attracting diverse talents to join our organisation.
Working on projects to improve processes and ensuring the best candidates’ experience.
Assisting the team in creating reports and presentations.
Processing and answering employee queries.
Maintaining and updating of employee data in Personio and our internal database.
Possibility of conducting the job interviews independently (after the necessary training).
Various administrative tasks connected with, but not limited to the field of recruiting.
Supporting other fields of HR (depending on your interests and current team needs).
Qualifications
Ideally, student or graduate of psychology, sociology, management, organisational studies or similar subjects, preferably with a focus on human resources.
You have strong communication skills in English as well as the necessary discretion to work with personnel data.
You can work independently and have an eye for detail
You have strong analytical skills and see the opportunities for improving the processes and streamlining the workflows
You identify with the goals of ProVeg.
You live in Berlin or would be happy to move to Berlin for your federal volunteer service
German language skills are advantageous, but not essential

A first HR interviewCarrying out an online-based sample task
Optional internal office trial day, which consists of solving a set of tasks that would be specific for future work with us. Depending on the location, this day can take place in our office or can be done from home. In this way, we want to get to know you and your way of working even better, but also give you the opportunity to get a picture of your future work.
