Export Manager Sales International (m/f/x)
Your main tasks:
- Leading the Export sales & marketing team (currently consisting of three Regional Managers, one Marketing Manager, one Technical Sales Support Manager)
- Driving the growth of Local Profit Contribution (LPC) for the designated area of responsibility
- Strategic and operational responsibility for own Sales Region and profitable development of export customers in predominantly French speaking countries in Med. RIM and Africa
- Conceptualization and realization of business and growth plans - including sales and marketing strategies
- Providing transparency through KPIs, reports and forecasts
- Active monitoring of competitor activities in order to provide a detailed understanding of current industry trends aiming for a competitive advantage
Your qualifications:
- At least three years of relevant international experience in a comparable function as well as initial functional and disciplinary leadership experience
- Completed studies (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in the field of economics or a comparable apprenticeship combined with relevant work experience
- Familiarity with the various international sales channels (e.g., B2B, B2C, Online Webshops, etc.) and processes (direct, 2-step or 3-step)
- Good knowledge of SAP, CRM and common MS Office tools
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and French, other language skills are an advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination/networking skills, negotiation expertise and an advanced ability for analytical thinking round off your profile
