KM-Turbulenz GmbH
KM-Turbulenz is a simulation software company founded 2005 as a TU Munich spin-off. Today we have offices in both Munich (Germany) and Trondheim (Norway). Starting as a consulting company we focused more and more on our expertise in flow induced noise. Today the core of our business is the development and marketing of our in-house flow and aeroacoustic solver MGLET. Currently MGLETis regarded as leading in the prediction of sound at low Mach numbers, and is in use in several car manufactures and suppliers. We are a small company supplying large customers at the interface between R&D and industry.
Current Situation
We grow steadily and are looking for you to join and expand our team. If you are fascinated with the physics of flow and acoustics, want to work on industrial topics and at the same time be right at the heart of cutting edge developments you found the place to be!
Your tasks
- work on CFD-CAA projects with our software MGLET
- assist and support our customers on all challenges related to flow, acoustics and MGLET
- test of new software features, develop standards and guidelines for new setups
- improve the software package MGLET

Your profile:
You have a masters degree in engineering, physics or mathematics. You also have experience or are familiar with some of the fields:
- numerical simulation
- fluid dynamics and acoustics
- Linux
- Fortran and Python
- CAD (Solidworks)
