We are looking for a DSP Recruiter who will be responsible to drive the growth of our last mile business and to recruit and engage candidates for the competitive Delivery Service Partner (DSPs) program, the network of independent small business owners who facilitate last mile deliveries for Amazon. DSP Recruiter has ownership over a regional acquisition pipeline in Germany, from lead outreach to vetting to qualification to ongoing engagement in this fast-paced program. Our existing acquisition process is intentionally high-touch and requires the right candidate to serve as a trusted advisor as both Amazon and the DSP candidates evaluate fit. DSP Recruiters are accountable for developing and nurturing external longer-term relationships within the regional business and entrepreneur communities from which we source DSP talent.

Key job responsibilities

Key functions for the BDM include:
Develop regional recruitment strategy to identify high-performing DSP prospects to meet program growth plans in market.
Identify the right candidates that will support the growth of AMZLs Business in Germany.
Develop relationships with key industry and corporate partners as well as professional associations as part of being a strong regional ambassador for the DSP program.
Analyze key performance indicators to define and refine characteristics and criteria of high-quality DSP owners candidates.
Leverage data to create regional profiles and candidate criteria to identify top talent and ensure success of the future owner while adapting recruiting tactics to the needs of the market.
Support owners as they onboard into the program and prepare to launch.
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure we are adding high-quality DSPs to the program and leveraging insights to refine DSP selection.
Work closely with our marketing and content teams to drive effective and efficient lead acquisition strategies.

About the team
This role can be based in Berlin or Munich

Prior experience as an entrepreneur or working with small business owners. Start-up experience a plus.
Proven track record of identifying, engaging and cultivating talent from a wide variety of work experiences and diverse backgrounds
Can work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
